A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed; you can feel free to contact us at; email@example.com for updates on your order’s shipping status, or click “Order Status” on this website.
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your Believe In Pets online purchase for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. (Returns must be in unused condition, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging, tagging and shipping container.) Note; custom order requests, altered ring sizing, chain length special orders and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a "return authorization". Make sure to include in detail, in writing, the reason for your return request. Taxes and all related shipping charges will not be refunded; and all returns must have the "return authorization" number printed on the outside of your package issued by our Client Services Department. Believe In Pets reserves the right to refund on a per case basis after request and goods have been returned to the Believe In Pets design studio and reviewed. Customers awarded a refund or online merchandise credit will be notified in writing within 30 days of request. Customer will have 30 days from the date of credit award to redeem on the Believe In Pets website. Sale events, discounts, coupons or codes are not applicable for approved refund or exchange credits.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within (7) business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within (7) business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.
A: Yes, we’d love to gift wrap your special Believe In Pets package. All you have to do is select “gift wrap” in the item select drop down menu within all Believe In Pets product pages on this website. The cost to have our talented team wrap your package in Believe In Pets signature wrap, box and bow is $6.95. Gift card salutations will be entered by the customer in your “notes” section at the time of checkout.
A: At present, Believe in Pets ships UPS Ground, USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Postage. For special requests or questions about rush shipping, please contact us at; email@example.com. Note; custom and special requests can be sent as an expedited shipment provided the customer understands the ship date will be marked when the custom request is completed, not at the time the Believe In Pets item was purchased.
